Langwitches: The Magic of Learning. Silvia Rosenthal Tolisano was born in Germany, raised in Argentina and currently lives in the United States. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish with a Minor in International Studies and a Masters in Education with an emphasis in Instructional Technology. She has worked as a World Language teacher, Technology Integration Facilitator and 21st Century Learning Specialist. Her passions include globally connected learning, technology integration, 21st Century skills and literacies, as well as digital storytelling.

Describe your experiences with an “Unconference” such as this one?
I have been attending educon in Philadelphia for several years.
What topics/themes are you hoping to discuss at EdCamp?
Globally connected learning. iPads in education. 21st century literacies.
If you were going to dream big for schools/teaching what would your dream be?
New forms of education. Re-think scheduling, grouping, traditional classroom settings.
